If you are reading this, chances are you’ve assessed quite a few individuals using some variation of behavioral, motivational and/or skills assessments with TTI SI tools. There are certain behaviors, motivators, and skills that are a better fit for certain jobs. Discovering the internal and external requirements of the job first will be a big step in the hiring process. Every candidate will be measured up against that benchmark. The results will be more thorough and accurate, eliminating biases that can potentially overlook the perfect candidate for the position. This benchmark process is EEOC and OFCCP compliant.
Great companies are made up of great people. This is why T.R.I. Life coaching focuses on helping you get the most out of your company’s greatest asset, through the use of talent management, job benchmarking, talent assessments and more.
We help your people recognize their full potential by developing authenticity and recognizing both their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Your workplace culture separates the great from the good and impacts both employees and customers.
Companies today are facing a set of unique cultural challenges. What worked yesterday won’t work tomorrow when it comes to multi-generational workforces, remote employees, team health, and employee engagement. Face the culture shift head on - don't be left behind.
Great leadership is a continual journey. High-performing leaders are on a quest to understand themselves and their employees better, in order to get the best out of everyone.
We can help you grow your current leaders, as well as identify and prepare emerging leaders to combat the leadership drought and battle the leadership gap.
